Florida statute §117.05. Notary fee per signature ($10) is included in the base price for the first 2 stamps; $10 each thereafter. Travel, after-hours, and witness charges are separate from the statutory notarial fee. We disclose every line item on the quote.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every charge is itemized on the quote we send before dispatch — base service, travel beyond the included radius, after-hours surcharge, and witnesses if required. There are no booking fees, no platform fees, and no surprises at the door.
When am I billed for travel?
Standard appointments include up to 15 miles round-trip, after-hours include 20 miles. Beyond that, travel is $0.75 per mile and is added to the upfront quote — never as a surprise add-on after the appointment.
Do you take credit cards or only cash?
Both. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at the appointment. There is no online deposit and no checkout step — you pay only after the document is signed.
Can you give me an exact quote without seeing the document?
Yes. We can quote an exact total based on document type, signature count, your address, and the time window. Most quotes are confirmed in under 60 seconds on the phone.
What if my appointment runs long or needs extra signatures?
Add’l signatures are billed at $10 each per Florida statute. We don’t charge by the hour — if a signing takes longer than expected, that’s on us, not you.
Do you offer business or volume rates?
Yes. Title companies, law firms, and signing services with recurring volume can ask about a flat per-package or monthly retainer rate — call us and we’ll work something out.
