We started Space Coast Mobile Notary because finding a notary on a Saturday afternoon — or at 8pm on a weekday — shouldn’t be impossible. Especially when there’s a hospital bed, a closing date, or a deadline involved.
Today we serve clients from downtown Melbourne to Titusville, from Palm Bay to the beaches. Every notary on our team is commissioned, bonded, insured, and background-screened. Many of us are NNA-certified Signing Agents working with the major Florida title companies.

I’m a Florida-commissioned notary, NNA-certified Signing Agent, and a Brevard resident for over 20 years. I started this practice because too many people in our community were stuck — at a hospital bed, at a closing table, at a kitchen counter — with nowhere to turn for a same-day notary.

When I’m not on a signing, you’ll find me at the beach with my family or volunteering with our local literacy program. If you call, you’ll likely talk to me — and if I can’t make it, you’ll meet someone on my team who shares the same standards.

How long has Space Coast Mobile Notary been in business?
We’ve been serving Brevard County since 2017. In that time we’ve completed more than 2,400 signings — from single-document acknowledgments to full real-estate closing packages.
Are you a single notary or a team?
Both. The practice is owner-operated, but we have a small team of vetted, certified notaries we can dispatch for after-hours, last-minute, or simultaneous-signing requests across the county.
What credentials and insurance do you carry?
Every notary on our team is Florida-commissioned, bonded, background-screened, and carries $100,000 E&O insurance. Our signing agents are NNA-certified and approved with the major national signing services.
What areas of Brevard do you cover?
All of Brevard County — Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera, Titusville, Cocoa, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cape Canaveral, Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, and surrounding communities. If you’re near our service area, just ask.
Do you work with title companies and law firms?
Yes. We have ongoing relationships with several Brevard title companies, signing services, and elder-law attorneys. If your firm needs reliable, certified mobile coverage, we’d welcome the conversation.
