By requesting or using our services, you agree to provide accurate appointment information and understand that notarial service depends on identity, willingness, awareness, document readiness, and applicable law.

Mobile Notary Services

Space Coast Mobile Notary provides mobile notary and signing services across Brevard County and nearby areas by appointment. Services may include general notarizations, loan signings, power of attorney documents, hospital or bedside visits, real estate signing support, and related appointment coordination.

Signer Requirements

Each signer must be physically present, willing to sign, aware of the transaction, able to communicate, and able to present acceptable current government-issued photo identification or other satisfactory evidence allowed by Florida law.

Documents and Legal Advice

We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, draft legal documents, choose the type of notarization for you, explain legal consequences, or tell you whether a document is legally sufficient. If you have legal questions, consult a qualified attorney or the requesting agency.

Fees and Payment

Quotes may include travel, notarial acts, after-hours or emergency availability, witness coordination, scanbacks, printing, shipping, or other agreed services. Florida law generally caps the notarial act fee at $10 per notarial act under Fla. Stat. §117.05, while separate mobile travel or convenience fees may be quoted before dispatch. Payment is due at the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Right to Refuse Service

A notary may refuse service if identification is insufficient, the signer appears unwilling or unaware, the document is incomplete, the appointment appears unsafe or unlawful, required witnesses are missing, or the requested act cannot be performed under applicable law.

Limitation of Service

Our role is limited to performing authorized notarial acts and related appointment services. We are not responsible for whether a third party accepts a document after notarization, unless the issue was caused by our error in performing the notarial act.
